The following athlete's represented South Australia last season at the Pacific School Games and the Australia Cup meet. 

The Pacific School Games were held in Canberra, November 2008, and included athlete's from Australia, New Zealand, China, Fiji, Singapore and many other countries.  It is likened to an Olympic games for school students with athletes taking part in a huge opening ceremony as well as a closing ceremony/party!  As well as athletics the event also included swimming, basketball and hockey.

The Australia Cup was held in Brisbane in February 2009.  This is a seniors athletics event with each state being invited to bring along small little athletic teams for specific events.  Athletes competing at this event included Tamsyn Lewis, Melissa Breen, Jared Tallent and Joshua Ross.
