Redla Pty Ltd uses their own vehicles as our primary delivery method but on occasion use other methods should this be faster, more affordable or more convenient.

Shipping Costs

To keep our product prices as competitive as possible and as simple as possible Redla Pty Ltd charges a standard delivery charge on all orders, which is indicated at Checkout. The delivery charge is based on Delivery location.

Delivery Times

All products advertised on Redla Pty Ltd are generally in stock and ready to be shipped, however at times there may be stock delays, if this is to occur the customer will be advised and offered a suitable solution.

Shipping times may vary for Rural / Regional areas within Victoria. Once an order has left our warehouse the responsibility for delivery is upon the carrier service & the customer.

If a situation does arise where there may be delays in your order, we will contact you, normally via the e-mail or telephone number which you will have provided when placing your order. During the holiday seasons there can be delivery delays due to higher volume of postage so please keep that in mind when ordering for special occasions.

Redla Pty Ltd recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.

Authority to Leave

By selecting ‘Yes’ at the checkout page (or if you selected this option over the telephone with our Customer Service Center, Redla Pty Ltd will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

Redla Pty Ltd and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Redla Pty Ltd from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Warranty & Returns

Please choose items carefully before making your selection and proceeding with your on-line purchase order as we do not refund for change of mind.

We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where there has been a major failure, such as:

  1. When the product has been assessed and found faulty.
  2. The product has been wrongly described.
  3. The product differs from the sample provided.
  4. The product does not meet the “fitness of purpose”.

You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange, refund or store credit.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Redla Pty Ltd may offer a refund at its own discretion however discretionary refunds may carry a 20% restocking fee and all postage fee’s must be paid by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item has been damaged in transit, photographs of the item/s and all packaging must be sent to sales@redla.com.au within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Warranty

All products sold by Redla Pty Ltd are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty in which Redla Pty Ltd is authorised to offer as an Australia retailer of all products we sell.

Warranty items will be assessed by either Redla Pty Ltd technical staff or the manufacturers technical staff before a claim can be approved.

Conditions of warranty:

  • All warranties are a back to base repair warranty unless specifically specified by the manufacturer.
  • Proof of purchase must be shown in order to claim warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be within manufacturers given time frame.
  • Warranty claims must meet manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
  • All products come with a minimum 12 months warranty.
  • Return of products for warranty is back to base as such return freight is at customers expense.
  • Any Manufacturer’s Warranty offered by Redla Pty Ltd applies in addition to and applies alongside Australian Consumer Law.

If Redla Pty Ltd makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Privacy Agreement, the changes will be posted in this document.

Let’s try to sort things out first. We want to address your concerns without needing a formal dispute. Our staff are human too and sometimes they do make mistakes and sometimes misunderstandings do happen.
